Returns and exchanges

EXCHANGE 

You can exchange purchased goods up to 14 days from the date of delivery of the order.

Make sure that the exchanged goods do not bear any traces of use or damage and also contain original tags, freebies and packaging;

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for goods shipped after the deadline and items that are in a worn or damaged condition.

Personalized products are not included in the exchange.

RETURN

We reserve the right to reject returns sent after the deadline and items that are in a worn or damaged condition.

Personalized products are not eligible for returns.

 We guarantee the refund of the amount of the goods (not including shipping costs) exactly the same method that was chosen to place the order or in the case of bank transfers. The waiting time for the return is max. 7 business days.

In the case of returning and exchanging goods, customer covers costs of sending the package back.
